The Process

  • Schedule your Session on the Appointment page. It will show you available times based on the Eastern Time zone.
  • Payments are required when you book your Session. All sessions must be paid before your appointment.
  • Keep your confirmation email. It includes a link to reschedule or cancel your appointment if necessary.
  • All sessions are to be paid in advance. If for some reason you need to re-schedule,you may do so only ONE TIME. Otherwise, prepaid funds are non-refundable.

Individual Sessions

You will be asked what issues you are interested in working on.  Once established, I will employ kinesiology (muscle-testing) to determine which is the most important issue to work on in the session.  Utilizing a variety of tools, whatever issues are causing the imbalances in your life will be removed.  Depending on the issues, most often, one session only begins to scratch the surface of the imbalance.  Clients often feel noticeable changes, but to get the most out of the work, multiple sessions are suggested.

Each session is unique and like no other.  You will be amazed at the information that your subconscious provides in its effort to be free of the burden of carrying unresolved emotions and traumas.

What to Expect After a Session

Everyone experiences sessions in a unique way, however, I will outline some of general experiences.  For the majority of clients, none of these experiences occur.

  • If we are clearing a specific pain, such as shoulder or back pain, you may feel a tingling or even a complete release of the pain immediately. Sometimes, the pain will have been reduced significantly. If that occurs, and you continue to feel some pain, it just indicates additional clearing needs to occur.
  • If we have cleared some deep-seated emotions, you may feel tired in which case, rest. Your body needs approximately 24-48 to readjust to the emotional baggage you have been carrying around for a long time.
  • Sometimes, clients have experienced complete relief from pain only to find another physical pain arise that they had not noticed before. Often, this is a result of the body now having the freedom to express the pain that had been overshadowed by the pain that had been released.
  • If you have ANY concerns about this AFTER your session, just set up a 15-minute COMPLIMENTARY session so that I may address your concerns.

The most important thing to remember is that after a session, your body needs to readjust from the changes. You may notice an immediate change or it may take some time for you to notice the adjustments.

What you get when we work together…

  • I will use the Body Code System which includes the Emotion Code.
  • Our sessions will be conducted via phone or Skype.
  • You can be an adult, a child with parental permission, or a pet.
  • Session length will be 45-60 minutes for both new and returning clients. Longer session times are available upon request for longer talk time during our session or for a more in-depth system review.
  • Release work ends when the body indicates it is finished for the day or just before our time together ends. Typically, the body can handle 8 to 10 releases per session.
  • Plan for at least 48 hours between sessions to allow for processing time.
  • Sessions can be focused on the following:

    • Looking for imbalances related to health issues
    • Heart wall release (averages 3 sessions)

  • The number of sessions you might need depends on you, the conditions that you are dealing with, its severity, longevity and if it’s interwoven with additional concerns.


* For those purchasing the platinum package and do not wish to pay for 10 sessions at one time, Please contact me as I will make an allowance that 5 to be booked and paid in one month with the remaining 5 in the next month. It is preferable when working with more severe issues to have consistency so that greater improvement may be demonstrated.
