Is there someone in your life that you need to forgive? If someone has really hurt you, you may be withholding forgiveness from them in a misguided effort to get even with them.  You may feel that it is impossible for you to forgive, because the wounds are so deep.

Perhaps you need to forgive yourself.  Perhaps you have emotions that need to be released around how you feel about yourself and actions you have taken or actions others have taken against you.  When you have those emotions released, forgiveness occurs on its own.  You don’t have to WORK at it.  When the emotions are gone, the emotional sting is also gone.  Greater clarity and compassion are the result.  You will find that the reasons for holding onto the hurts are now gone.  And you will experience peace.
